1. Non-Returnable Items
All products purchased from our store are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind or dislike of the product.

2. Eligible Return Cases
If the product arrives damaged or has a clear manufacturing defect.

If you receive a product different from your original order.

3. Return Process
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide photos showing the damage or error.

Once the claim is verified, we will either replace the product with a new one or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

4. Additional Conditions
Returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Requests submitted after the specified period will not be accepted.

بعد مراجعة الطلب والتأكد من صحة الحالة، سيتم استبدال المنتج بآخر مطابق أو استرداد المبلغ المدفوع حسب الاتفاق.

4. شروط إضافية
يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية مع جميع الملحقات والتغليف عند إرجاعه.

لا تُقبل أي طلبات استرجاع بعد انتهاء الفترة المحددة.
